All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in PKR. up786 does not charge currency conversion fees for PKR-denominated transactions through supported payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and Raast.
3.4 — Account Ownership
up786 accounts are personal to the registered account holder. You may not transfer, sell, gift, or otherwise assign your account or any balance or credit within it to any other person. Accounts are non-transferable. up786 will not recognise any third-party claim to an account or its contents.

5.3 — Source of Funds
By depositing funds to up786, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the lawful owner of the payment account or instrument used. up786 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls and reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds for deposits that trigger AML review thresholds. Failure to provide satisfactory source of funds documentation will result in account suspension and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.
5.4 — No Third-Party Deposits

Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the up786 account holder — are strictly prohibited. Upon termination of an account for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), up786 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, any remaining genuine player balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method within 14 business days.
Account holders may close their accounts at any time by contacting up786 customer support. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal to the account holder's verified payment method.
